IDW 50th Anniversary stuff??

We know that in the novel side we're getting Legacies (TOS) and Prey (TNG) but what about in the comics?


We have had the Starfleet Academy NuTrek series announced along side John Byrne's Pike/Kirk/NuKirk team up photonovel.


Inevitably there will be some sort of Star Trek Beyond tie-in! But hopefully there will be stuff that spans all eras.

I'm certain IDW will do something for the 50th, but it's still a bit too early for any announcements. After all, their series for Doctor Who's 50th, which began in January 2013 wasn't announced until fall 2012.

John Byrne has said on his forum that he's considering doing a New Visions storyline linking the Pike, TOS, and movie eras together for the 50th, but it doesn't sound like it's a sure thing yet.

Probably will learn what if anything IDW has planned for the Anny at NYCC in October at the earliest.
