Pure fantasy but... at a Top Level Starfleet meeting to decide on a name for the first Warp 5 ship, I'd be Q observing but still causing mischieve. Perhaps overheard making an idle comment "Deep Space Exploration? Such a foolish Enterprise."

I would like to appear in either the engineering scene in TATV or as the usher who tells Archer it's time for his speech in TATV. Say what you will about the episode but both scenes were excellent imo and I really enjoyed the tweaked uniforms.
