I need a FREE program to makes pictures look old

I have this picture of my grandparents and my great grandma from 1983ish. The picture has stains and such on it and I need a program that will make the picture that brownish tone so the stains blend in.

I had Adobe Photoshop 2.0, but I have no clue where the disc went, so I need this program to be free.

Also I would be great If I had the picture fixed up within 4 hours.

I think I'll reword it to say "free program that might make sense to me". I can't stand Gimp, not one bit.

Photoshop 2.0 came out in 1991. I highly doubt that's what you were using.

However, if you're not willing to use GIMP, then you're largely out of luck. Paint.NET is another free alternative, though it has the problem of sucking out loud.

Gimp is pretty damn bad too.

And I was using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0, a friend gave it to me when he got a newer one, but he still likes 2.0 more.

You can always install Gimpshop, that might make it easier for you to use.
