I just had the best exam ever

I had my final exam for English 210 (Introduction to the Short Story) today. The first day of class, he said that his class had a reputation of being an easy class. The reason, because it's an easy class. He also has a weird fascination with Sandra Bullock.

Thus, 3 out of the 60 questions were as follows:

1. True or False: Sandra Bullock was once the Queen of England, Scotland, Persia, and Detroit
a. true
b. false

31. Which of the following statements is NOT true?
a. Gurov and Anna ate Milk Duds after making love in Yalta
b. Mr. Kurtz cried out "The horror, the horror," because he was out of Milk Duds
c. Miss Furr and Miss Skene ate regular Milk Duds, they were gay and regular Milk Duds
d. After the narrator and the blind man drew the cathedral they ate Milk Duds
e. None of these statements is true

That question was nice because it's an inside joke to all the people who read the stories this year (of course, if you hadn't read the stories, you would have failed the exam, but I digress). The stories referenced were "The Lady with the Little Dog" by Anton Chekhov, "Heart of Darkness" by Joseph Conrad, "Miss Furr and Miss Skene" by Gertrude Stein, and "Cathedral" by Raymond Carver.

Finally, every exam had a math question:
If there are 86 students in E210 and all of them are paying attention at the same time, how many students are paying attention?
a. 9
b. 9 1/2
c. -98
d. x=9
e. 86

Anyway, those questions amused me, so I thought I'd share. Anyone else ever have amusing questions on an exam that you still remember?

I took CLA 1102 (Roman Civilization) at my school a couple years ago, and the prof was a huge geek and the exam was peppered with nerdy references. The only one I can really remember, though, is this one:

According to myth, Rome was founded by:

A) Romulus and Remus
B) Jupiter and Zeus
C) Something else I can't remember
D) Starbuck and Apollo

This is the same professor that brought a collection of swords when we learned about the Roman military (including replicas of Sting and a broken Narsil), spent several minutes talking about BSG in front of a class of 400 people after noticing my "University of New Caprica" t-shirt, and wore the One Ring around his neck to every class. He was pretty awesome, to say the least. ;)

My Roman history professor last semester said that, when it came to culture, the Romans were the Borgs of their time because they assimilated everything. I'm not sure whether or not anyone else got it, though.

I'm pretty sure mine made more or less the same reference... haha.

Once I had a professor for a discussion class called Revolutions of Circularity. Great class, we discussed circles in lots of different contexts, from Euclid's The Elements to Copernicus to architecture.

At one point he was getting slightly frustrated trying to describe something, and said "I wish I had a TARDIS so I could just show you."
