Me (Facebook): Hey Sonia,
I arrived in Korea 1 month ago to teach English at a Christian school in Ilsan. So, how have you been doing in Korea? Anyways, I am currently recruiting Christian English instructors for my school and I am wondering if you know of any Korean Americans who are interested in teaching at a combination church/private school for 2.1 million won per month plus 5 weeks paid vacation per year? I hope all's well and God Bless.

Hey (My real name.)
How do you like it so far? Man, you live in Ilsan?~ thats pretty far!
Well I'll ask around for you but it is a bit out of the area. I totally would if it was closer!!! Is that with or without housing?~ Hope things are well with you too, take care buddy
Me (Facebook):
I enjoy my job just fine, and I enjoy teaching the kids.
They gave me a 39 pyeong apartment that is only 2.5 years old with all of the ammenities + I attend their Sunday worship service and church activities. It only takes 35 minutes from Ilsan to Hapjeong subway station (Seoul) by bus, and 1 hour to and from Ilsan to central Gangnam (Seoul) by subway. Here is the recent job ad for this position with a link to our school website: %!$@#%$@#&%@#&%@#&%&@#&!
It is so comfortable here compared to a strenuous hagwon.

It is like I have been thinking about coming back and teaching in Korea again since I first taught here in 2004 and left in 2006 and I knew full where that Sonia has been teaching in Korea since last November but only now had I enough gusto to fly back to Korea to teach English to Christian grade school aged children again.
Seriously, my employers even told me that they want me to invite one of my "friends" to room with me in my new apartment, and I wonder if they may be down with the fact that it may even be Sonia who actually may end up rooming with me (
). Now, that would be fun...
Dude, how am I going to meet up with her? Does she even sound like she wants to meet up with me, because I am less than 30 miles away from where she currently lives? She is sooooooo close, yet it still feels so far...
