I don't think I can deal with anything anymore.

Be selective. If there's something more important than a million other little things you have to do, say "Fuck it" and pick out what's most important. You can postpone your psychotic girl and do something much more productive when your time. It's when you try to stay on top of everything that you have the farthest to fall.

The way you feel right now? I have been feeling that way for 15 years. You'd be surprised what you can cope with and for how long. You sound depressed. If you are going to a college they probably have psychological counseling services. You really would benefit from getting a professional opinion and maybe a period of being on an anti-depressant. I highly suggest you have a consultation with a mental health professional before making any drastic changes in your life.

Life Rule No. 1: It is always a bad idea to make decisions when you're angry and upset.

Quoted for truth. It's also a really bad idea if you have an undiagnosed bipolar disorder. I would recommend that the OP seek advice. From other threads, he also appears to have problems that manifest as antisocial behaviour and poor anger management.

This is good advice. Also, i recommend a Behavioral Cognitive Therapist who can help you deal with problems in a positive manner.

Also.....i am not sure if i am remembering correctly. Are you the guy with the girlfriend who has had multiple DWIs? If so, you had mentioned her before and we all suggested it might be time to let go of that relationship. If you are that guy, and she is that girl, i say NOW IS THE TIME. I think that may have been a year ago when you mentioned your problems with her......LET HER GO. That would be a first step in getting control of your life. Sounds like she hasn't changed and she won't.

yeah sorry I had missed that part about things he had been holding back. yes mr. Awe is correct get some new friends, maybe a girl in your class.

He doesn't need a new girlfriend! He needs to take time to figure things out without a relationship going on. Whether he stays in his house and with his routine (minus ex-GF), or goes on the road, wrong time for a relationship. Until he knows what he wants, or at least calms down enough to evaluate things more clearly, he won't even know what he'd really want in a girl.

But whoever posted about not quitting school if he's near the end-- good idea. Finish that up and, while doing that, plan out a couple of possible plans of action for self-evaluation. What questions do want to answer? What methods might you use to answer them?

I didn't say a GF. I meant a girl in his class. Guys often don't feel comfortable talking their problems out with their guy friends(when they are infront of them), or even the feelings for the most part. Girls tend to be good friends to have becuase they will listen to your problems(feelings) and come up with some good advice.
