^Very nice! I am right in assuming these are TOS-era vessels? The frigate, as well as being reminiscent to the starfleet logo, also reminds me of the sort of ship one would have seen in an 80's arcade game!

These ships belong to the Hydrans, a race in Star Fleet Battles (which does occur during the TOS period of the SFB Background History). The Hydrans are a methane-breathing species which are enemies of the Klingons and de facto allies of the Federation.
