How would you describe where you live?

It's an apartment. In San Diego. That's how I would describe it...

Rural. We're not completely out in the middle of nowhere, but it is a small farm town surrounded by wheat and corn fields for miles and miles around.

I live in New Jersey in the midst of urban sprawl centered on New York City.

Paris urban zone. It's something between urban and suburban. I'd say more urban than suburban.

I live in Edinburgh, near the city centre so I guess you'd say urban.

At the moment I am living in the center of a smaller city (70000 people). Shops for groceries, clothes and so on, cinema, medical facilities, restaurants, sport facilities etc. are only 1 to 5 walking minutes away and woods, lakes, fields and a big park are only 10 walking minutes away. Just right for my car-less self.
