How to email birthday greeting?

Hello,

I am hoping y'all can give me some advice on how to send a nice birthday greeting email to a friend without having to sign-up her email or mine. I know there are a bunch of these sites out there but what is the best?

Is retaining email privacy a hopeless endeavor? Is there a way to do this without sending the email through a third party? I just don't want to be receiving spam forever just for sending out one email.

Any help is appreciated!

Try www.hallmark.co.uk . You don't have to register and I never get spam from them. There are some fun cards and they let you know when it's been opened
