How much of the compliment did Tom get to first base with?

This guy was a player for the first couple seasons, self destructively so. For the benefit of this discussion we will assume that there are 60 women serving on Voyager up till the point that Tom was too afraid of B'Elanna to even think about chea... I mean, he loved her too much to be unfaithful.

Janeway counts, even if they weren't in their right minds, or you want to insist that he wouldn't have kissed her while nastily making lizard babies.

I'm thinking %25, because of all the relationships going up in flames from the usual fission involved in coupling, that Tom would have been the go-to guy (Followed by Neelix because he kept quiet and no one would believe him anyway about HOW he kept everyones morale up.) for the spurned and angry woman requiring "revenge sex" to make up for whatever slight set their Starfleet issue granny panties in bunch this time.

I would think if he hit on 1 a week, excepting the captain, that would guarantee he hit on the entire female compliment in under 2 years.

Tom's a looker so I imagine he scored frequently. That would probably explain B'Elanna's reluctance in starting their relationship. She probably already knew too much just from gossip.

It wasn't all gravy for him. Remember he was the dishonored Star Fleet officer whose (apparent) negligence caused the deaths of some of his former crew. There would be women who would not even talk to him.

Of course there is that women-like-the-bad-boy thing as well.
