How fast does the fastest stars move?

Urge

Im thinking that the stars in the center of the milkyway must orbit the black hole in the center (I have heard that the scientist believe its a super-heavy black hole there) much faster then the ones out here where we are.

So if there are Stars and planets moving around at very high speed - that might do something to local time there, right? Have anny scientists studied this? Perhaps there are stars out there that move around with half the speed of light, or faster.

There are no known stars moving fast enough to have significant time dilation effects. Article!

Looks like they go up to about 4000km/sec, which is not an appreciable fraction of lightspeed.
