How effective is Anbo-jyutsu as a martial art?

    Like if it's the ultimate evolution of the martial arts as the show says, should I learn it to enhance my MMA career?

    I interpret that line as meaning it's the ultimate evolution of martial arts in the same way as rap is the ultimate evolution of Western Music... Apparently, it ultimately evolved into that.
