How do you all handel stress?

This is how I now manage it. It didn't work for me in the past though.

If something is stressing me out I try to resolve the stress, but if I can't I move on.
 
Focus on resolving one aspect of the situation at a time. Trying to figure out everything at once just tends to increase stress while being unproductive.
 
I become even more sarcastic and cynical. Oddly enough, it does make me feel better.
 
Exercising, drinking, listening to music, talking about your stress with someone getting it off your chest and trying to resolve it, Klingon opera, nature walk, a hot shower, and I'm am still stressed.
 
I imagine myself not being stressed. I also may indulge in some of my favorite nostalgia; that always picks me up when I'm down.
