How do I post a poll?

Hey! I want to start a poll and I know where the check button is under the additional options, but it doesn't have a submit option where I can go to enter the poll information. Does anyone know how to format a poll on here?

You click the check mark for "Yes, post a poll with this thread", write whatever you want, then the thread gets posted, and you get to a new page where you can fill out the poll options etc. The two things are sort of seperate, but it does work.

Don't you have to have a certain number of posts in order to post a poll?
