[IMG]Ok so here is a crude design of a air-craft or mechanism that might produce flight.... basically its compressed air with an internal jet engine, forcing an exit with adjusting rotation control and locking flaps to direct a change in air flow. I think I had done one earlier in my drawings, but there could be several ways of going at it.... they may or may not work... there is however, a contract from someone who made a design to do similar activities... they won the bid, this is just my meddling with how I would see a similar craft doing precisely that.

I'd like to see the smaller gag turbines from the X-Jet and the VLJs put into a new avrocar--with fly-by-wire and steering jets.
The avrocar could have been a hovercraft had they thought to put a skirt on it.

The problem with hovercraft is that they can't turn like cars can. Having steering jets would improve things a bit.

Nothing that would be allowed on roads, though.
