My wife is a big fan of House and she is trying to watch all of them in order; subsequently, I've seen many of the episodes. My question is, "Do they ever get in trouble for Breaking and Entering?" They do it about every other episode if not more.

They've never shown to have gotten in trouble for doing it.
There's been a few occasions where they've told the patient they searched their home and not much reaction was given in return.

The closest I can remember them to getting into trouble was in an episode where they broke into a house in the suburbs to search it because the POTW told them that he lived there. When they went to search the bedroom they saw a man and woman having sex in the room. When they were spotted they got into a big fight over why they weren't with their son and the woman said she didn't have one.
