From TV.com:

House and the team take on the case of Nick, a book editor who loses his inhibitions. The team realizes Nick has frontal lobe inhibition, which causes him to speak his mind having no control over what he says and making him just like House. Meanwhile, House suspects Wilson and Taub are keeping something from him.

yes! a patient that says whatevers on his mind

"I'm picturing you too in bed with a mirror on the ceiling"

"Your ass is like the pistons on Ferrari."

"Because when my parents put me in the rocket and sent me here, my parents said "James you will grow to mahood under a yellow sun."

Oh man.... I haven't laughed this hard to start off an episode in a looooooong time!

:guffaw: :guffaw: :guffaw:

Ahhhh... Heidi Klum ..... :adore:

Interesting.... is this patient as observant as House? He was pretty quick to notice Taub's apparent feelings of guilt.

ETA: knock, knock ...... anyone else out here?

Interesting developments:
- House suspecting Wilson is sick or depressed
- Wilson getting edgier as this goes on
- Kutner's bedside manner being off the mark
- no Foreteen subplot
- House seeing himself in the POTW

Three years later we finally get back to Wilson's estranged homeless brother!

Whoa..... apparently that's an episode I've not seen yet. What was the story?

Early/mid Season One. House and the team deal with a homeless woman which strikes a chord with Wilson. House's probing causes Wilson to reveal why he has so much compassion for the homeless patient -his brother is homeless and has been missing for years. All pretty much revealed during a warm chat between Wilson and House at the end of the episode.

That's the first and last we heard about Homelison.

Thanks for the clarification.

The POTW's wife..... my first reaction is "lady, he has something wrong with him. Give him a break. He may tink this but he does'nt want to say it! Haven't you thought something you knew you shouldn't say?" .... but then out yourself in her position and it gets tougher and tougher doesn't it?

Well, it's pretty much that he thinks those things is bad. I mean the guy doesn't like her/thinks she's stupid. Doesn't make it OK that he never said it.

No, it's not okay.... but still, he's trying to stop and she's giving him and less and less of a chance.

Well, knowing your husband thinks you're stupid would be pretty difficult to live with. It's not that simple. As for the episode I loved seeing Dutch as the uninhibited POTW, but it proved once again that the money couple on this show is House and Wilson.

Bromance rules.

Except for the Wilson stuff, I was bored by this episode.

Oh I wasn't at all. I thoroughly enjoyed the things that the POTW said that were House-like. Very entertaining. The twisting he had to go through, and it's effect on House. Which led somewhat to House's interaction with Wilson. The story with Wilson and House was more interesting... but the POTW plot interested me largely because it's an issue I see many couple struggle with, people I knowpersonally

I loved the preview for the next ep where House is holding the black cat and says "no Bond, I expect you to die". Classic!
