Seems like a lifetime since the last episode thank gods House is back!

I cannot wait for Foreman's reaction to a practical joke played on him, let alone House and Wilson fighting over a lady. Who needs patients?

So, the pretty neighbor thinks House and Wilson are a gay couple. She must read a lot of House fanfic! :p

The medical case portion of the ep is not terribly interesting. Probably because the rest is too much fun. :lol:
 
He's going after Nora to get Wilson galvanized into action for going after her. But... the way House's mind works, if it results in him getting the girl himself... well, it could be worse. :lol:

Pretty much, but House's methodology seems a lot like hunting a fly with a rocket-launcher. :lol:

It's awesome to watch, though.
 
I know it's a worn out chestnut, but you have to love it when the players are the ones getting played. ;)
