From TV.com:

The team takes on the case of a Special Education teacher who spits up blood and collapses in the middle of class. Meanwhile, Cameron finds herself taking on some of Cuddy's duties, including dealing with House and Foreman has to make a decision concerning Thirteen's participation in the clinical trials.

I'm sure many will be pleased with more development on Thirteen's storyline this week. ;)

Hopefully this'll be better than a lot of the stuff we've been getting. Personally, I feel we haven't had a really good one since the Wilson and House trip episode. The hostage one had the potential to be but House giving the gun back ruined it for me.

I've enjoyed the whole series... but more House/Wilson wouldn't go amiss. Can't they go on a roadtrip to Vegas (with the coma guy - I know it wasn't Vegas really!) again or something?

Oh joy, more Thirteen. Katie Jacobs is determined to shove her character and her mind numbingly boring romance with Foreman down our throats. No House and Wilson, oh no. More of the badly acted Thirteen, of course. Anything--more Chase and Cameron. More Taub and Kutner. Anything. Anything but more thirteen.

If previous seasons' patterns are anything to go by the Foreteen stuff should be over and something new in its place by about episode 16-17.

I hope. I don't even dislike either Foreman or Thirteen, I just don't find their storyline compelling or even particularly interesting.

No, it's not a matter of disliking either character as you said. It's just.....they're dull. They are deathly dull. I have no interest in them. Yes, she's a beautiful woman but you have to be able to do something on screen. Generate some interest. I should be compelled by this dying woman and I just don't care. That's a problem with the writing and most definitely with the performance. Would anyone here have a lick of interest in Thirteen if she didn't look like a fashion model?

I like Thirteen but I honestly don't like her Huntingtons story line. I wish they hadn't given her that disease and am still waiting to see her "really" have something that caused a "false positive" on her test/symptoms.

And I don't buy her rommance with Forman either, it just doesn't seem natural and like it just happened out of no where. They need to wrap it up which, yeah, the arc should be over in a couple more episodes.

They do need to dial back the focus on Thirteen and give us more on Taub, Kutner, House/Cuddy and of course House/Wilson.

(Oh, and the medical mysteries. You know, the premise of the show being about the acerbic misanthropic, but brillant diagnostician.)

I like the two characters (Thirteen and Forman) but the show shouldn't focus so much on them.

These kids are 10 years old and playing with glue-sticks and talking about "magical" snow?

;)

Teacher lady is cute.

:)

nosey kid, another kid with a weak bladder, teacher coughs up blood.... man this show knows how to make an entrance!

I like how when the show starts the lighting and tone is all off to throw us at ill-ease.

And I guess the kids were "special needs" I guess explaining the fact that such old kids were doing KG stuff.

Anyone else think the "mentioned in passing" new aide will have something to do with the POTW's illness.

...

Can an adoptive mother PPD?

Cuddy is expecting an awful lot tohappen right away. For a baby that she didn't carry for 9 months?

Nice Trek reference from House. The actress who plays the teacher/patient was on an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She was in the episode called "Disaster". She was one of the kids who was trapped in the turbolift with Picard.

Really?

Wow. She grew up pretty good.

Great, Cuddy went through crap to get a baby, and now she feels nothing for the kid? :(
I'm not in the least a medical person, but that doesn't completely surprise me. She hasn't carried the baby through pregnancy, been up all night due to back pain, etc.... In short, the two of them don't know each other yet. So... it doesn't surprise me that she may not "feel anything" just yet. It's a foster care situation that can lead to adoption, but Cuddy hasn't been through the fire.

No way! How cool is that?
