House returns tonight to its new Monday night timeslot leading into 24.

From TV.com:

House and his team deal with a man living in constant pain. Meanwhile, Thirteen receives treatment by Foreman while taking part in his clinical trial on Huntington's Disease, and Cuddy tries to balance her hospital duties with her new baby.

It has never had any problems before and it's not up against anything that I can think of that'll post it a problem. I think it should do fine and may even give 24 a boost.

House has grown up enough now that it no longer needs American Idol to help it. I suspect there might be a bit of a ratings hinderance tonight if people have neglected to follow the advertisements for its move to Mondays that've been running for a couple of weeks now but, overall, I think House will do OK.
