Hotmail Issue

For some reason, the MSN geniuses have put MSN Messenger onto hotmail.com, so when I go to open my inbox, it boots me off my actual MSN program because I have been signed in at a different location.

I've been going nuts trying to find the button to turn it off. Can anyone help?

You find it annoying too, eh?

If you click on your name/email address in the upper right corner, there should be an option for signing out of Messenger. I think that's how I managed to get it to stop kicking me out of my IM app.

I don't have the slightest idea why they did that.
