homeless man sings and plays guitar really well

So this homeless dude ended up on a radio show for an interview to promote some sort of homeless drive, and he mentioned that he could play guitar but didn't own one, so the guys lent him a nearby guitar to play and out came an unexpectedly good performance:

There is this homeless, I think, guy who doesn't actually play on the 3rd Street Promanade in Santa Monica CA but around the corner near the Hooters. His Hendrix licks are better then the bunch of official/legal buskers on the Promanade and Pier.
