Holy BatSuit Batman!!!

Cyberdyne?

I got a bad feeling about this....

Especially if they come up with a new networking software called "skynet"

Or if a naked austrian body builder shows up at my door demanding my clothes..

It wouldn't be the first time surprisingly.....

but I digress.

Hmmm. That sounds like an interesting story! Did you drink Schnapps with all those naked Austrian body builders banging down on your door? Or did you partake of something stronger, eh? -- RR

Well I hope the US starts making technology like this or all our future robotics are going to display signs of Asian drama.

But what fun it would be to hack somebody's suit! Hiro, meet wall!

Yeah, but who wants to go around looking like a rather dark-skinned Asian?

j/k

Seriously, as a quadrapallegic patient myself, I could use this short of thing, but in its current state, it'd look really cheesey. When they build something that could be concealed under the clothes, much like a skin-tight body suit, perhaps, then I'd be interested.

The US Army has already been doing some R&D on something pretty similar. Essentially it's just a powered suit that uses the movement of the wearer to move itself around, and magnifies the strength of the wearer. They actually showed a demonstration of the thing, with the person wearing it doing curls and pull-ups and the like, and basically he was only limited by how long it took him to get bored, because there was extremely low exertion on his part.
