Hello,
A friend of mine, who is a HUGE Star Trek fan, is currently on a waiting list for a liver transplant. He is separated from his family as he relocated to Florida closer to the Mayo Clinic while his family stayed PA to continue with work and school.
A website (iGive.com) is holding a video contest. They are giving $1000 to the winning video. I made a Star Trek themed video for him and submitted it to the site. The video that gets the most votes wins. He and his family could definitely use this money. They expect over $50,000 in unpaid medical expenses.
You have to be a member of iGive.com (totally free, and takes just a few seconds) to vote. Once a member, you can vote once daily. I've made it my homepage so I don't forget to vote each day.
* Links removed. *
If you would like to know more about his condition, please watch the video. I explained it a little bit there.
Thank you so much if you decide to vote for this video.
