Help with replacing lost I.D's....

Okay....so, I think I'm in the perfect storm of **** here. I moved to kentucky from oklahoma a few month's ago. I never bothered to replace my oklahoma photo I.D. with a kentucky one. Now I realised I let it expire, (I'm a procrastinator to a fault!) So now my only forms of I.D. are an expired Photo I.D. and a laminated social security card, I have some paystubs with a KY address, but thats it. I can't even get a Birth certificate without having family in Oklahoma, (which I don't) . They want a valid picture I.D. faxed in. Can.t get a kentucky I.D. without a valid photo I.D.....I need to get this squared away so I can start a new job...anyone have a similar situation?

The county you were born in won't send you your birth certificate?

I was able to get mine from Minnesota, and I just had to answer a few questions over the phone.

You should be able to acquire a birth certificate from the state you were born. It shouldn't have anything to do with having family in that state.

Also, your social security card says right on it not to laminate the thing.

You go to the county you were born or mail a form in and pay the fee and you get a new birth certificate.

You should be able to either the hospital you were born in, or proper state agency send you a new copy.
