Help with a question

I'm soon to be showing my best friend, who's never, ever seen any Star Trek before, her first episode, she's wanting to see how it all began and so obviously we're starting with the original series. My only question is this, in your opinions, starting with how it began, do I show her "The Cage" or "Where No Man Has Gone Before" or perhaps some other episode that I'm not considering?

Easiest way is to show WNMHGB..won't confuse her when the only recurring character
is Spock which would be the issue if showing The Cage...then keep to production order perhaps dropping some of the Suck-Ass episodes..until later..(see threads on "Worst TOS episodes for guidance)

Bring in the Cage AFTER "The Menagerie" to reduce confusion..and if seeing on a HDTV, use the remastered Blu-Ray episodes to reduce effects limitations ..
