Help needed: autocompleting a login on a resistant site

So, I've got a San Francisco friend who's a substitute teacher for the city's school district, and who logs in to the site several times a day to check for gigs. Here is that site:

https://substitutes.sfusd.edu/logOnInitAction.do

Despite installing the Firefox Saved Passwords editor 2.05 and trying several other tricks, he can't find a way to have his account number and PIN auto-completed upon loading, so he turned to me, and, at a loss, I now turn to you. Any help would be much appreciated; thanks in advance. :)

I don't think they always do that (probably a good thing, huh?) The trouble with saved passwords, that they sometimes pop up in wrong accounts, at least it happened to me time to time.

Firefox does not appear to recognize that page as a login form, so that's part of the problem.

Indeed. The question is, how to remedy this? And since my friend only uses his one computer, he's not too concerned about others using it or mistaken fill-ins or anything.

Maybe he could create his own login form page that sends information to the site with a traditional web form.
