I have a vague recollection of this as a kid. An 80s (possibly late 70s if they were reruns) superhero show, but not based on any comic book I've ever heard of. The hero who dresses in a shiny tinfoil outfit. And drives a car that is much faster than most, and weaves in and out of traffic without turning its wheels. It just sort of slides, all sudden-like. Kinda like the tron light bikes. I think he had some type of electric powers. And wore a business suit by day. And had an 80s, Clark Kent type hairstyle. Rings any bells?
