From TV.com:

McGarrett must rely on his SEAL skills to diffuse a hostage situation. A Navy SEAL on the run for murder takes hostages and refuge aboard the U.S.S. Missouri Memorial Battleship.

Ho'apono: Hawaiian for "accept."

Danno, "Good luck, Aquaman."
Haven't seen the episode yet, but that line from the commercial cracks me up every time.

They really need to get some more character time in. I am losing interest due to the lack of character development. I mean really, what was that abortive subplot with his sister?

It seems sort of like NCIS:LA they dropped the characters on us full force. The character development is the Danno/McGarrett relationship. So far they seem to be adding reoccuring chararters but with the few episodes shown we have only seen the shaved ice guy repeated.

I'm not sure what Kelly Hu brought except being a generation younger then Jean Smart and being another assistant was able to give direct orders to HPD's SWAT team.

I don't know why, but I thought we'd see the Navy girlfriend in this episode for sure, but turns out she wasn't. I think they dropped the ball on an opportunity for her to have some action with him.

I didn't really like this one. Daniel Dae Kim is one of the main reasons I'm watching and he barely gets anything to do. I think plot wise, even with all the ridiculousness, Chase is telling better stories in the same timeslot.

This one was the first real boring one for me. i totally didn't care and KNEW, of course, the guy didn't kill his wife. But, it woulda been GREAT if he had. Maybe address more fully issues of PTSD and now some soldiers slip through the cracks.

But, this isn't the kinda show to do that. Understandable. Just boring.
