Having browser trouble (Firefox), need help

Right now I'm posting with JavaScript turned off. The only drawback is having to type in all the HTML formatting codes manually.

I mostly type the codes; because I find it easier than removing my hands from the keyboard in order to click them... HOWEVER, I'm guessing you're using NoScript -why don't you just allow TrekBBS (and doubleclick) -full board functionality without the interruptive flash ads!

Which means . . . what, exactly?

I'm using an obsolete version of Firefox. In Web Features under the Preferences menu, the on-off choices are:

• Block Popup Windows
• Allow web sites to install software
• Load Images
• Enable Java
• Enable JavaScript

That's it.
