Have you figured out what your post=apocalypse look and gimmick is going to be?

People should have been planning this stuff for awhile now. Between Brexit and Trump and now the Tax Cuts and net neutrality it's clear the end is near! It's time to start preparing for the next phase of your life and to do that your going to need a new look and a hook to appease the maurders and cannibals and roaming vandals. What's going to be the new you in this coming world?

Me I am hoping to lose enough weight before the end times because I don't want to be stuck being the menacing muscle to some crazy guy leader. I'm aiming more for the crazy guy that people are afraid of but is kept around because he provides a valuable skill, Now I will need to come up with a skill in the next 5 or 10 years we have until then but I can already start figuring out a fashion.

I think I will go with the old world but twisted look that says he is so crazy that he is wearing something that people don't normally wear in a apocalypse but also just a little off to say that he knows the world is different and that makes him dangerous or someone you at least got to pay attention to.

Me I am thinking tuxedo with bow tie but with the arms of the jacket torn off. Maybe a bullet proof vest over it. Glasses but with the lenses no longer intact. Maybe a baseball cap to finish off the look.

I always pictured it as being the result of an alien invasion. I would find myself a katana and roam the wasteland, destroying extraterrestrial monsters in my dark trench coat.

I would not expect the post-apocalypse to be kind to me. (Not that it's a walk in the park for anyone, but you know.) I would hope to be part of the 98% that perished quickly (and painlessly?) in the initial conflagration/outbreak/whatever.

But what kind of weapon goes well with a Kimono? I think the tux matches my idea of using a American flag with a pointy end as a weapon. The flag torn in parts to be a metaphor for the fall of America. I figure with the gusty winds from climate change will help make the flag wave in the air just right as I make sure to hold the flag with two hand in front of my body at a angle. It will look way cool.
