Have the 2004 TOS DVD boxes been deleted?

I cannot seem to find them (the TOS boxsets) in stores anywhere. I may have to EBay them. Knew I shouldn't have waited for Paramount to drop the price tag on them! They never did!

See, I'd rather have the original presentations than the 'remastered' ones. If worst comes to worst, I may have to get the remastered ones.

I primarily watch Trek DVDs on my Mac laptop. Does the TOS remastered season 1 box HDDVD/DVD hybrid work on laptop PCs?

What do you mean they never dropped the price?????? They did. I bought mine for $32 each at deepdiscount.com They have been severly discounted for at least 2 years. In a couple years the Blu-Rays will be cheap as well. Im guessing the standard dvd remastereds will be coming down soon also.

Yeah, the 2004 issues DVD's have been down for a long time. (in the US at least......)

Besides, sometimes one cannot just wait for the "best price" on things; ya gotta get 'em while the gettin' is good. ;)

I was one of those who waited. In 2006, Barnes & Noble had the three-season pack for $120.00. You just have to constantly be on the lookout. I've been doing the same for TAS and have yet to see the set for less than $40.99; I'd better "get my arse in gear" and pick those up.
