Has Doctor Who ever been dubbed into other languages?

Looking through dvdcompare.net, I discovered that Star Trek has been dubbed into French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish. I think I also remember Portuguese and Turkish dubs of TOS on Netflix.

But according to dvdcompare, the Doctor Who DVDs and Blu-rays only have an English audio track. Has Doctor Who never been dubbed into other languages or is dvdcompare just missing the editions containing those dubs?

Yes. For starters the McCoy years were very popular in Germany and dubbed versions are released on DVD there, and many of the recovered Hartnells had alternative Arabic soundtracks. Some are on the DVDs and the Blue Peter standard clips reel has a bit of The Firemaker in Arabic.

The German version of Exterminate is a little odd. Think Korean too. Can't recall which language, but the dubbing actor remained through several regenerations.

Similar to the French covers, where the Doctor had different hair, but always wore a scarf and had the same face.
