I was going to ask this in the underused characters thread, but isn't he making a cameo in either Full Circle or Unworthy?

He presumably still has access to the same communications array Voyager did during the 7th season, so I'd assume he's remained in touch all along, even if it wasn't specifically mentioned in any of CG's books.

IIRC, there was a brief mention of in one of the VOY-R books about Janeway wanting to give Neelix a call.

Agreed. But I equate Neelix more with Gleek, the Wonder twins' lame purple monkey.

As for live onstage "canon", Neelix is fine, contacts the Doctor frequently, runs a restaurant on the asteroid, and he and his wife had a son, Alix.
