You can say he was only pretending to work fro them, that he didn't have a choice. That if he didn't help perhaps use, rape and murder his crew mates in as varied and entertaining methods as possible then his crew mates would have been executed out of hand or Harry would have have been punished or just thrown into the game with the rest of them... Was Harry a Slave?
You'd have to wonder if they adjusted the rest of the crew's memories, then why not make the Doctor and Harry willing and happy collaborators in the killing game rather than keeping the risk of treating them like forced/coerced hostile traitors to the rest of the ship for over a month...
Janeway would have tried to activate the self destruct as the ship was being taken, and Kim was given enough free reign that he could have destroyed the ship with a large enough explosion to take out the support vessels in the rest of the Hirogen convoy... It's amazing no one got pregnant, but we did see humans die in Sickbay off the holodeck.
This all carried on for a month.
Do you think Harry did the right thing?
