Reading Star Trek.com and the posted the cast photo of DS9 - Happy 24th Anniversary!

I have to say... I really enjoyed that series. It never did anything less than tell exceptional stories about humanity carving out an existence at the edge of the galaxy. Each story felt like it was connected to the others through the entire series run. Perhaps that was because the plot remained grounded... connected in the space station next to the worm hole; not "New show, different planet" - there was a consistent familiarity to the show.
The last two seasons (as seems with all Trek series) really rocketed the excitement through the Dominion war.
Sure, episodes or season arcs from other Trek series were great, but as an overall series, this one remains my favorite.
Happy Anniversary, DS9!
