In my heart I do agree that this guy should be sued. As an artist myself (though not music) I belkieve in compensation. However, the music industry needs to get with the program, and stay ahead of the technical curve rather than suing people while trying to play catc-up. People like getting stuff instantyl, and that won't stop. Secondly, GnR ..or Axel, is a doofus, and he has delayed this shit for half my life, what did he expect to happen? Get real

You know, this whole thing with GnR reminds me of Metelocalypse when Nathan Explosion kept deleting the album because he hated it. They said in the episode there was enough material for ten albums, like with GnR. IF Axl demands they record underwater, I'll laugh my arse off!

They're more interested in the original source of the leaks at the moment. But to be honest although Axl has kept everything under wraps for so long he has played the album at random parties and sent a few copies of it to people. Plus Eddie Trunk has played a couple of songs on his radio show (the first version heard of I.R.S. was way back in 2004), so it's not like this hasn't happened before.

And that album cover is just a fan made one, there hasn't been an official one relased yet.
