Gun man on the lose in Cumbria

It was the police advice ~ everyone in Cumbria stay indoors and if you see a balding 52 yr old guy with a gun, give us a ring.
Actually that's harsh, apparently they drafted loads of armed officers in ~ but what if he'd taken one of them out and knicked the uniform :vulcan:
I know it's not funny, and my heart goes out to everyone that has lost loved ones there today, but I just can't comprehend how someone can do this.

Wonder if he turns out to be some loser who's just been dumped.

Why can't people like this just join the army, go to Afganistan and save decent people from being killed?
I'm sorry, I'm ranting ~ I think it's time for another pink pill :)

True!
Like you said earlier, it would be nice to have found out why.

I had a neighbour who was slightly mental. Got woken up at 3am by armed police outside my window. When I looked through the peephole he was standing in his pants with a machete and a sword. I didn't sleep very easy that night

Actually I had another neighbour who hit this some other guy over the head with a saucepan and then stabbed him.

One has moved, the other is staying, for some duration 'at her majestys pleasure'.

Good job I'm half Klingon or I'd have been scared :D

Nice neighbourhood we just get boring run of the mill scum bags.
Although we did once live next door to someone who would take a shower when it rained:rolleyes:

:wtf:

Are they putting crack in the water where you live?

I think they have to buy it themselves!

News update ~ the government are now concerned that the killer may not have had a licence of weapons! Like that would make it worse?
"Sorry your husband/wife/whoever was killed but he did have a licence for the gun!" :klingon:
