Guess we won't see Jack Robertson again.

Well unless Noth has already filmed something for one of the specials, which might make things interesting when it comes time to air.

Although innocent till proven guilty and all that obviously. And I'd be surprised if Robertson was slated to come back anyway, though it would have been nice to see the character get his comeuppance courtesy of the Doctor.

I do wonder if Chibnall had any intention of bringing him back? I wonder how long Chibnall and Whittaker have known they were leaving? Before the last NY special? Missed an opportunity to have the Doctor bring him down then.

There's quite a few villains who'll have got away with it during the 13th Doctor's era (see also Lenny Henry's character)

His survival last time round suggested he was being kept around for a possible reappearance.

Right. Because Chibnall knew about Noth's behavior when he cast him.

Fuck off with that inane bullshit. This has nothing to do with Chibnall.

Sorry, they can't all be winners. :o All this week I've been hearing my 'Sex in the City' loving co-worker ranting all about her fury over 'And Just Like That' and how they did Mr. Big dirty. The last couple days have given her emotional whiplash, needless to say. :sigh:

If they did a one-off special with Adam, Mickey, and Jack, who form a new enemy faction with a few formidable friends, would that help?

Mickey, Adam, Jack, Erin, Steven, Thomas, and Yarmy have a new espionage agency, a secret service of sorts, that keeps tabs on the Doctor (now played by George Lazenby...)
