I saw that Trekmovie has a review up of Greater Than the Sum. I don't suppose anyone's seen it at bookstores yet? I'm quite anxious to read this one for my TNG starved brain.

Yeah, through a special arrangement with Pocket Books, Greater Than the Sum was available at Shore Leave. I picked up a copy but haven't had a chance to dig into it yet. 
it's out on September 1 on Amazon UK...
I've been checking with Bordersstores.com each morning - nothing's out yet stateside. FWIW, Pocket's site lists the eventual pub. date as July 16th. I don't know if that's accurate, but I'm crossing my fingers.
Haven't seen it in stores yet but found Myriad Universes: Infinity's Prism at Borders Hollywood.
Bah! The site said it wasn't there. Oh well - I can wait a couple more days.
My friend tried gettng me one at Shore Leave but said it quickly sold out. Would have thought they would have enough copies for 3 days worth. Oh well. Hopefully it will be waiting for me by the time I return to the states.

Interesting, Amazon Germany is usually just a couple of days late to Amazon US (Greather than the Sum is schedule dfor July 29th, Myriad Universe 1 for July 22nd), but Amazon GB needs several weeks, sometimes more than a month to receive a container from the US? How comes that?
Amazon GB is confusing. Sometimes they sell the books as imports (presumably getting them shipped over from their own US warehouse). They're generally cheaper due to exchange rates (oftentimes about £3 or something silly). But sometimes they don't, in which case they come from Pocket Books UK distributors, who release stuff later as they have to ship over more than a few boxes and send to book-sellers etc.

Amazon UK have got weird in the last 12-18 months. They used to have stuff on or around the US dates, usually no more'n a week later. now they're all over the shop, sometimes as much as a month and a half later, sometimes three weeks...
Amazon still has greater than the sum still as pre order, i know cause i ordered it and it hasnt shipped yet, and the myriad universes books too
Bear in mind that TM gets the books early so Rob has time to review them. We try and time the reviews to be shortly before books hit most stores, but the release dates are often not hard and fast.
Per Amazon: MyrU: Infinity's Prism should arrive tomorrow while GTTS on Monday.
