Graphic help needed

Hi everyone,

I created this image for a friend, and all I have is paint.net, so I don't know how to do this at the moment. Does someone have the ability to copy/paste her left eye over her right eye, and vice versa? I wanted to see how it would look if both eyes were the same, rather than one bigger than the other.

You can do it in paint.net. Draw a selection around the orbit, copy, paste into new layer, flip it horizontal and move it around to your hearts content.
