Gordon Moore, co-founder of Intel has passed away.
He wasn't as much in the picture as Bill Gates or Steve Jobs but he was famous for "Moore's Law" which was an observation that the amount of transistors would about double every two years in integrated circuits.
He was one of the pioneers that made out current computer technology possible.
RIP Mr Moore.
