As a ML practitioner, I'm hugely interested in this as currently its not easy to use or deploy Deep Learning. There's almost no software library out there that does Deep Learning out of the box, so if I want to do apply Deep Learning I have to code almost everything from scratch. Having Google open source this is going to make it a lot easier for me to dabble so I'll most certainly be checking this thing out.
Unfortunately just looking at the screenshots, the software still requires understanding a huge amount of post-graduate level mathematical concepts. I don't think a layperson would be able to just pick this up and use it.
