Google Chrome & Flash Update?

I have been using Google Chrome for some time now and haven't had any problems...but now when I go to youtube and try to watch something it says "Go Upgrade"...flash is updated on my computer and everything works fine with IE...I even updated flash for other browsers and it still won't work with Google Chrome...Anyone have this problem? Know how to fix it??? I looked up how to fix it on google...but it says all the things I have already done and it doesn't work.

I thought it was just me having this problem. I'm having serious issues with Flash and Shockwave.

I have been doing some more reading and it seems to be more of a youtube thing...when I disable flash control on chrome...it works fine...but then of course I get all the annoying flash ads.

As an interim solution, you can opt in to YouTube's HTML5 beta.

Whenever I wind up in a flash site, my computer turns off randomly.

This just happened to me, I don't use chrome, I was watching videos on YouTube, and suddenly I'm told to upgrade. Now the first question should be why, everything is running fine. Is their a reason or do we all just do what the the computer monolith tells us to. So I go to upgrade, and guess what the download just loops and never completes. Well, You tube must think they have too many viewers and want to downsize, a shame. Most dissapointing. Anyone, have this happen?
