Even if you cook your steak to well it still is only 135F, that's way lower than the "safe limit", beef will just give you a heart attack, that's all.

Well wish me luck. I decided to try his Goulosh recipe from his 'Stew Romance' episode. So far so good. The meat came out of the oven nice and tender and is currently cooling in the fridge. Will report later on how it turns out.

Would love to take a shot at his soft pretzels and dill pickles at some point.
