Golden Arches or Beans

Well, you know that STAR TREK XI tie-in stuff is going to be at one of the fast food chains (Mcdonalds-Taco Bell ect)...What Fast Food place is going to get the green light? Or, have they already said, and I missed it..

And how about guessing the 'tag' line on this stuff..

Mcdonald's...The Future Begins Here
Taco Bell...Make a run to the (Border scratched out) Neutral Zone!!
Domino's Pizza...Pizza to you in Warp Speed Time

or how about the entire case of TOS (Shatner-Nimoy-Takei-Koenig) singing VIAGRA to the tune of TOS....

Well, I think many forum members here can easily see the obvious tie-in with Taco Bell....

Dear god, I hope we have fast food tie-ins.

I want also want Star trek lunchboxes, lego, doritos, and pez.

Oh, and chocolate. I'm sure we can get a chocolate tie-in. I'm thinking Mars Bars and Milky Ways. Also, In the UK we got Star bars and Galaxy chocolate ice cream bars.

Mmmmm....ice cream.

I admit that BTTF II and the whole "dehydrated pizza" bit from Pizza Hut was kind of amusing.

And you KNOW you can trust your car to the system with the star.

Actually, my last post made me sound like a right fat bastard. I'd just like to point out I'm not some fast food loving chocolate eater.

I'm relatively svelte. Well, as svelte as a 30 year old man can be...

I haven't eaten a Maccy D's in years :D

I don't usually eat at any of these. Taco Bell had a tie-in with Star Trek III back in the day, but i think McD's is the safest bet.

I don't care for fast food. But Lego sets would rule. The Star Wars Lego sets are top notch, and the Lego Star Wars video games, and the Lego Indiana Jones game are a lot of fun, and addicting. And that's saying a lot, coming from a hardcore gamer such as myself.

Could you imagine if they made a LEGO star trek game? I swear I almost died playing STAR WARS legos from staying up late trying to get to the next level..funnest game I've had in years...

Though, I ended up cheating and getting the codes cause I was just not sleeping enough!!

I say Burger King, but only because I want to see a commercial where the Burger King is sneaking up behind a Red Shirt and kills him.

I should probably look into getting a restored TMP Bally pinball machine (I think it was Bally's, anyway). I was actually pretty good at it back in the day (fuck, almost 30 freakin' years ago now)!

Daddy, what's a pinball machine?

Actually, that machine was sweet. Yes, Bally. I think there was a contest in Starlog or somewhere (back then) where they gave one away. I didn't win. :(

More of same machine can be seen here.

I'm thinking Trappey's Cut Okra should do a merchandising tie-in with Star Trek XI.

okra

Let's think outside the box. Way outside the box.

I think Paramount should focus its entire marketing on a Tetra-fin tie in.

Its a gamble, but I think it might pay off.

Coincidentally, both are key ingredients in plomeek soup, so it could work as product placement.
