Just dropped by to brag about my alma mater just now becoming the National Division 2 football champions.

Congrats. You guys were due for a win in that game. I'm not happy my school lost, but if a team was going to get it that wasn't Grand Valley, Northwest Missouri would have been it.

I went over to watch the game at a Northwest alum's house. She was there for all four straight championship game losses, and was absolutely terrified they were going to lose all game long, even when they were up 21-0. Thankfully, they won and she celebrated with every fine cuss word combo I can think of uttering.

Ha ha. Yeah, I think my Dad was taking those Grand Valley favoring calls as personal insults. Which is strange considering that he's an MU grad and I'm the only one in the family that didn't at least attend MU.
