Yes, it happens every year. Girls are competing against boys and making an impact!
Already this year, and eighth-grade girl pinned a senior boy.
Last season, Alexis Bleau pinned a senior as well, and she was in 8th grade. But usually the competitors' ages aren't so spread out.
