Getting ready for TLJ, by building a lightsaber

Kylo has small min-saber hilt-pieces, so I'm thinking something like this might be interesting--a small two saber weapon.

You'll find a lot more saber variety in the different spin off materials, especially video games. You'll find the tonfa style in "The Force Awakens" video games, as well as TCW designs. Plo Koon had a lightsaber gauntlet, I think from a comic, and Ahsoka used an "off hand" lightsaber shoto.

Also, many of the Old Republic Jedi and Sith have a huge variety of much more ornate and stylized lightsaber hilts and designs, which give some more unique ideas to work with. I personally would like to see some more Eastern inspired hilts, like katanas and Chinese jian.

Which, is why I'm inspired to construct my own. Or several
