I've seen a number of those books on the Chapters.ca site for the Kobo here in Canada over the past 2 years. It seems that Cross Cult has the world-wide German digital rights for their translations. I don't know if they have the world-wide German physical rights, or if those are limited to Europe. So I don't think this is a limited time thing.

When I search for just "Star Trek" on my Nook, I get a ton of the Cross Cult German translations. And since they're pretty reasonably-priced, they often appear near the head of the results when I sort by price (as I've done a lot this anniversary year). I wish Simon & Schuster's prices were similarly and uniformly priced.
